On Saturday, April 2nd, 2016 at 11:20 AM, Officers of the Concord Police Department were dispatched to the Concord Police lobby to investigate a suspected child molestation.
The investigation revealed the female juvenile victim was at a dental office (La Clinica Monument) located at 2000 Sierra Road in Concord. The child was in an exam room with a male dental assistant, who allegedly touched and photographed her vaginal area. The child later disclosed this information to a relative, who immediately contacted the Concord Police Department.
Detectives of the Concord Police Department Special Victims Unit (SVU) were notified and investigated this case. After a thorough investigation the suspect was placed under arrest on several charges of child molestation by force.
The suspect has been identified as 24 year-old Antioch resident, Alejandro Saro. Evidence seized by investigators indicates that there may be more potential victims who were inappropriately touched and videoed many while under the influence of medical gas.
Saro was employed by La Clinica Monument in March of 2015 and held the position of Dental Assistant. Prior to being employed by La Clinica Monument, Saro was also employed with Patino Orthodontics located at 2751 Concord Blvd in Concord, Western Dental located at 1821 Concord Avenue in Concord and Western Dental located in Antioch.
Saro was booked at the Concord Police Department and later transported to the Martinez Detention Facility for incarceration and is currently being held on an $8.1 million bail.

Looking back over his work history, raises many questions about the his former workplace intrigity. Question(s): was he released/fired from the other dental employers for the same act? If so, why wasn’t it reported? There’s a problem here, too.
