The Concord Police Department announced the arrest of Eridani Nunez in connection with a homicide that occurred on Nov. 13 on Robin Lane in the City of Concord.
According to police, Nunez, 29 of concord, was arrested Thursday without incident after working the case for the past week.
The shooting occurred just before 5:00 pm on Robin Lane where police arrived on scene and found a male suffering from a gunshot wound. The male was transported to a local hospital where he later died.
Police said the investigation was still on going and did not release any other information.
