A 25-year-old Concord man was arrested early this morning after he threw a large rock through a window of the Concord Police Department on Galindo St., according to police.
Jose Gasca was taken into custody just before 1 a.m. for vandalism and being under the influence of a controlled substance, according to Cpl. Christopher Blakely.
Gasca was booked into the county jail in Martinez, Blakely said.

He was just expressing himself.? Or he may have needed a place to stay.
Couldn’t they have just shot him and be done with it? Would save the taxpayers money.
