Concord: Firefighters Battle 2-Alarm Townhouse Fire

At 11:45 pm Thursday, Contra Costa County Fire Protection District firefighters responded to townhomes under construction that went up in flames on Willow Pass Road near Concord City Hall.

According to Contra Costa Fire, Crews arrived on scene to locate flames on all three levels of the building that was not occupied.  Crews were able to make fire attack to the building and limited the fire from spreading throughout.

The cause of the blaze is under investigation.

Craft probably wasn’t getting paid…

Happened on a job I was on back in the day. Carpenters burned the 24 unit apartment building to the ground.
