Kathryn Nance Responds to Rep McNerney’s State of California 9th District Address

by ECT

On Tuesday, Congressional Candidate Kathryn Nance, who is running against Rep. Jerry McNerney issued the following response to his State of California 9th District Address.

“It was obvious the Congressman was not going to address terrorism and American security due to his past associations with anti-military groups who fund his campaigns  At the same time, McNerney has been a puppet for a socialist agenda on health care, agriculture and energy; all areas that directly affect our local economy. His votes continue to hurt working men and women and those trying to find work,” said Nance.  “The claims he makes about being bipartisan after the vicious negative campaigns he has run in the past are almost as sad as his record of taking millions from special interests to keep his job.  He has accomplished little and all the YouTube videos in the world won’t change that.”

Tea Party Losing it Jan 13, 2016 - 6:11 am

LOL Come on ECT, why do you publish this nonsense? Terrorism in the 9th District is not an issue so why would he address it. What anti-military groups are funding his campaign? She never provides any names.

She has no traction and can only go negative at this point

@Tea – The only hope she has is making people afraid. Expect more and more of this kind of tripe as campaign season goes on.

Why would any sane, informed voter would want to put a know-nothing member of the the do-nothing party to replace a superb representative like Rep. Jerry McNerney?

Ms. Nance should first run for a local public position to learn how our government really works.

Sean, Mr McNerney is known in most political circles as a do nothing politician. He is possibly one of the most lackluster members of Congress. Don’t waste your time trying to build him up. His record (or lack there of) speaks volumes.

Stan, Mr McNerney may not impress you with his service to this district, however he has an excellent voting record when it comes to issues for this district and the country. He is not a “do nothing” politician.

Ms. Nance, on the other hand, has ZERO public office experience. Now, she wants a job in the U.S. Capitol where she will be at the bottom of the seniority list. It will take her two or three terms to figure out how Congress really works. This is basic civics.

Perhaps, Ms. Nance should run for a local position in the city or county and show us how she would govern. Then we would have a metric to decide whether she is qualified to go to Washington. Until she shows me how she would govern, she is the epitome of a “do nothing” politician.

Ms. Nance got so caught up in her derogatory comments throwing around “socialism” that she forgot that her profession of public safety is a socialist enterprise. LOL!

Or maybe she doesn’t understand the meaning of the term?
