On August 2 at 8:39 pm, East Contra Costa firefighters responded to a solo motorcycle crash at Orwood Road and Bixler Road in unincorporated Brentwood.
Firefighters arrived on scene to find the motorcycle in the roadway and determined a medical helicopter was necessary, however, fire crews believe the motorcyclist will be okay.
According to the fire district, the incident is being investigated by the California Highway Patrol and a possibility of oil was on the roadway that caused the crash.
