Update: Missing Walnut Creek Man Located

The Walnut Creek Police Department is asking for the public’s help in locating a missing person.

They are looking for Lee Archer, 74, white male last seen at 5:10 pm wearing a white baseball cap, tan jacket and khaki pants.

He has dementia and is known to walk to Rudgear Park and the surrounding area.

Please be aware that police have multiple officers, search and rescue and a helicopter looking for him. If you see him please call 911 to alert Walnut Creek Police.

At 10:10 pm, Walnut Creek Police announced that Lee Archer has been located.
