Concord: Police Seek Help Capturing Parolee at Large

The Concord Police Department is asking for the public’s help in locating a parolee at large and sex registrant James G Beldin.

James G. Beldin (03/17/1963), has been identified as a suspect in a robbery and assault with a deadly weapon that occurred in the downtown Concord area. Beldin is a parolee at large and a sex registrant (PC-290).

Beldin is described as a white male adult, 6 feet tall, 180 lbs, brown hair and hazel eyes. Beldin has been recently seen driving around in a gold 1991 Honda Accord with a California license plate of CA 6CGG337 (photo attached).

If you see Beldin, please call 911 and advise the police of his location. Do not attempt to apprehend Beldin as he may be dangerous.
