At 8:22 am Saturday, Contra Costa County firefighters responded to a report of a 4-vehicle crash on eastbound Highway 4 between Railroad and Bailey.
It was reported that the incident was blocking the No. 4 lane and the right hand shoulder.
No further information was available.

So? A crash on Hwy 4? I AM SHOCKED! Totally SHOCKED! An Infinity and an SUV collide and then they have to involve two more vehicles? TERRIFIC!
How could this have happened? It’s the weekend! People are sleeping in! Who in hell would be stuid enough to be driving at 8:30 am on a Saturday (unless one is taking their wife to a hospital to give birth).
There are plenty of people who have to go to work on a Saturday morning.
