The Contra Costa Water District is hosting a Water Awareness Youth Art Contest with voting open until 5:00 pm April 27. The 12 Winning entries will be featured in Contra Costa Water District’s 2019 wall calendar.

Currently, there are 24-pictures that are finalist and you can vote for 12 of your favorites. The top 12 will then be featured in the Water Districts 2019 calendar.
Winning entries will be announced during Drinking Water Week, May 6-12, 2018. Each winning entry receives a $50 gift card to an art supply store; framed artwork with a certificate of appreciation; and a printed calendar. Prizes will be awarded at a Board of Directors meeting in the fall, when calendars are ready.
The contest was open to children ages 8-11 and who live within the Contra Costa Water District service area.
