At 8:59 am, emergency crews responded to 7/11 on Sunset Lane in Antioch after a vehicle crashed into the front doors.
Contra Costa County Fire Protection District responded with multiple engines along with Antioch Police to secure the scene. The building was quickly evacuated and one person reportedly sustained minor injuries and transported by AMR as a precaution.
Update via Antioch PD (12:20 pm)
A citizen inside the store was injured and complained of minor pain, but refused any medical treatment. The driver, a 67-year-old female is an Antioch resident and was not injured.
According to Police, the cause of the accident appears to be driver error. Alcohol does not appear to be a factor according to Sergeant Steve Bias.

Yikes. Guess they wanted to be first in line
Drive thru slurpee? I always wanted to do this at a rental car office. They always pressure you to buy the insurance. One of these times I am going to give in, buy it, and then drive thru the front door to return it. If they ask “its insured, remember you sold me that expensive policy”.
