On Thursday, the Brentwood Police Department responded to a report of a male down in a home on Chestnut and 4th Street in the City of Brentwood.
Police had to make forced entry around 2:45 pm and began investigating the incident as a “suspicious death” based on preliminary observations from the incident. They released no further information on the incident as they were awaiting autopsy results.
On Monday, Lieutenant Walter O’Grodnick reported that after an autopsy was performed, the Coroner was able to rule out any signs of foul play so this case is no longer considered “suspicious.”
No other information was released.

I wish my mother who died in Concord, and was not under hospice care and died in her home was given an autopsy, and the person who signed her off from the coroner’s office didnt retire the same week. Police officers are not doctors and just because someone has a medical condition, doesnt mean you dont have to do an autopsy. I wouldn’t trust any police department in contra costa county or the sheriff’s office. This place is crooked asf
Maybe revise what you wrote, so we have a clue to as what you are trying to say.
