Sheriffs Office Announces 3 Arrested in Brentwood Homicide Case

The Contra Costa County District Attorney’s Office has filed formal charges against three suspects in a homicide that occurred on August 24, 2021, at a residence on the 10200 block of Brentwood Boulevard in unincorporated Brentwood. Justin Silva was found deceased at the property.

Homicide detectives from the Sheriff’s Office Investigation Division identified the suspects and arrested them. They were later booked into the Martinez Detention Facility. The case was filed with the DA’s Office on Friday.

Suspects in the killing of Justin Silva

  • 43-year-old Dennis Lindsay, charged with murder and burglary
  • 49-year-old Daniel Marmino of Oakley, charged with murder
  • 19-year-old Nathan Rampone-Lindsay of Yuba City, charged with murder and dissuading a witness

On Tuesday, August 24, 2021, at about 4:20 PM, Delta Station deputies responded to a report of shots fired at a residence in the 10200 block of Brentwood Boulevard in unincorporated Brentwood.

Upon arrival, deputies located two gunshot victims in front of the residence. Both subjects were taken to a local hospital for treatment.

Another subject with gunshot wounds was also located on the property and was pronounced deceased.

None of the subjects are being identified at this time. Homicide detectives and crime lab personnel are on scene. The investigation is ongoing.
