At 4:21 pm Tuesday, law enforcement responded to a report of shots fired in the area of Brentwood Blvd and Sellers Ave in unincorporated Brentwood.
The call came in from a subject reporting her brothers had been shot.
A short time later, it was confirmed that three people were shot. 1 person was deceased and 2 people were wounded with one shot in the arm and another in the leg.
Brentwood Police, Contra Costa County Sheriff and CHP are all on scene working the incident.
No other information was readily available.
9:00 pm UPDATE: Press Release from Contra Costa County Sheriff
Upon arrival, deputies located two gunshot victims in front of the residence. Both subjects were taken to a local hospital for treatment.
Another subject with gunshot wounds was also located on the property and was pronounced deceased.
None of the subjects are being identified at this time. Homicide detectives and crime lab personnel are on scene. The investigation is ongoing.

It is at the point where they are no longer parallel. They actually cross just past the BPD station.
Jackie oh, Sellers and Brentwood Blvd do connect at the south end of the city.

This is the same property where the SWAT team had an armed standoff with one of the residents a few years back.
