Be sure to save your “eating out” this week for Thursday at Uno Chicago Grill as the Antioch Police Department has scheduled a Special Olympics Tip-A-Cop event from 6:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.
The way this event works is an officer is paired with a server and will help serve you a meal. Tips are then donated to the Special Olympics–Antioch PD has asked you first tip your server, but then anything left over would be donated to the cause.
If you recall, back in April, East County residents were very giving as the fundraiser at Chili’s raised a astounding $2,159.
I encourage you all to pack Uno’s this Thursday and lets shoot for a $2,500 goal.
