At 5:32 am Saturday, the East Contra Costa Fire Protection District responded to a report of a head-on traffic crash on Byron Highway near Bruns Way in the Town of Bryon that left at least three people injured and required a medical helicopter response.
No other details were available.

People! What is it about Byron Highway that is so damned hard to understand? The road is NOT dangerous. What IS dangerous is that stupid people are allowed to drive. There are, occasionally, roads that have faulty designs, but Byron Highway is NOT one of them
