This same guy has been robbing vehicles throughout Antioch, too. The blonde girl is his lookout. She rides with him slouched down, so you don’t notice her in the vehicle. They are riding around in a light brown, early 2000’s GMC Sonoma extended cab pickup truck with no front license plate.
