Suisun City’s Hudson Takes Cheap Shot at Dem Trio

Here is a perfect example of how a Mayor Pro Term of a City should not be using social media as Suisun City’s Mike Hudson put out a couple of posts on February 22 during the Solano County Economic Development Corporation meeting where Assembly members Mariko Yamada, Susan Bonilla and Jim Frazier all spoke.

His first post appears to be innocent and no big deal on one account, however check out the next post on another account of his– for the record, he has three separate accounts.

The following post is an identical picture, however the text is changed as he takes a cheap shot at all three Democrats claiming Bonilla and Yamada bore those in attendance while accusing Frazier of a campaign speech as opposed to speaking on economic development.

Well that is one way to alleniate yourself and worse off your city from Sacramento politics.  Could this be an “oops” moment or sour grapes from a 24+ point election defeat to Jim Frazier this past November? Either way, considering Suisun City is within Frazier’s District.

This isn’t likely to work out well for a city who may have to go to Frazier for help at some point in time after a councilman is running his mouth on social media. To make matters worse, you also threw Bonilla and Yamada into the mix who are also votes and could sway opinion.

I would urge all elected officials or those who have politic aspirations to use this example of what not do to in the future.  Use some common sense.

If I am Mayor Pete Sanchez or councilmembers Jane Day, Mike Segala, or Lori Wilson,  I am on the phone apologizing for the thoughtless post while urging Mr. Hudson to issue a formal apology.

Pretty immature post from someone who tried to run for State Assembly if you ask me.  This is just another notch on the belt why those in Suisun City need to pay attention and ensure this guy is un-elected next year.
