Detectives from from Office of the Sheriff are investigating an attempted homicide that occurred in Bay Point on Sunday.
At about 10:57 pm, Deputy Sheriffs were dispatched to a report that someone was shot in the area of Anchor Drive and Riverside Drive.
Deputies arrived on scene finding an 18-year-old man in a vehicle suffering from a gunshot wound. He was taken to a local hospital.
The suspect(s) have not been identified.
