Real estate continues to provide value in East Contra Costa County as prices trend upward. The current market currently has 630 single-family detached homes available—a 25% increase since April.
According to Monica Malcuit, Signature Partners Realty, when looking at the figures, the market is seeing a slow but steady rise in values. With more homes on the market, it also means its excellent news for buyers because with more inventory available it means less competition.
