Porsche Catches Fire in Driveway, Firefighters Prevent Extension to Antioch Home

At 4:45 pm Saturday, Contra Costa County Fire Protection District firefighters were dispatched to a report of a residential structure fire in the 5000 block of Wilmont Ct in the City of Antioch.

While responding, Engine 82 reporting smoke was visible and upon arrival, located a fully involved vehicle in the driveway with possible extensions to the home.

Crews made quick knockdown on the vehicle fire and upon investigating the home, determined there were no extensions into the home.

A fire investigator was requested to the scene while AMR transported 1 patient to a local hospital. No other details were available on scene.
