The following are a sampling of calls handled by the Brentwood Police Department between October 28 through November 9  according to information provided by Brentwood Police.

Assault

  • 10/31 – Second Street: RES battered VIC, causing redness and complaint of pain to wrist, and neck.
  • 11/6 – Las Colinas Dr.: INV-1 & INV-2 in physical altercation inside residence.

Auto Theft

  • 10/28 – Alder Creek Way: RES stole VIC’s vehicle between 2100-2220 hours. Vehicle entered into SVS.
  • 10/30 – Lone Tree Way: VEH stolen from parking lot 10/29/14 1645hrs-2330hrs.
  • 10/30 – Sunshine Ct.: VIC reported his vehicle was stolen early this morning. VEH was located nearby and was recovered. VIC reported his bicycle was stolen from inside his vehicle. VEH entered into and removed from SVS.
  • 11/6 – Dainty Ave: VIC said his vehicle was stolen.
  • 11/8 – McClarren Ct.: VIC vehicle was stolen from in front of the residence. Vehicle entered into SVS

Burglary – Business

  • 10/27 – Brentwood Blvd: RES pried open door and cash register. RES stole approximately $100 in cash and fled in VEH.
  • 10/27 – Sand Creek Rd: RES forced his way into the business and stole a safe (containing $8,562.17 in cash) and an office chair. (Occurred 10/27/2014 0428-0434)
  • 10/28 – Lone Tree Way: RES forced entry into rear garden cage and stole unknown merchandise.
  • 10/29 – Lone Tree Way: ARR- stole items from business valued at $817. ARR also in possession of cocaine. ARR to MDF.
  • 10/31 – Shady Willow Ln: RES stole microphone from property. Microphone kept in locked office which was entered by unknown means.
  • 11/1 – Balfour Rd: ARR entered business with the intent to steal. ARR left with merchandise without paying. ARR to MDF.
  • 11/2 – Sand Creek Rd.: RES 1 and RES 2 entered business after RES 1 smashed front door glass. RES’s left after stealing miscellaneous items. Occ’d 11/2/14 @ 0148 hrs.
  • 11/6 – Balfour: RES(s) broke into the business trailer to the rear of the business, and stole several items. Total estimated loss $505.
  • 11/7 – Lone Tree Way: Locks to recycle shed cut and cash stolen (Occ’d 11/06-11/07 1700-0930 hrs).

Burglary – Residential

  • 10/28 – Tiffany Dr.: VIC(s) rear glass slider smashed and several items taken from residence. Total estimated loss $2,360.
  • 11/3 – Bridgewater Dr.: Home under construction, entry made through front door, take was kitchen sink, plywood, etc.
  • 11/7 – Lone Tree Way: Unknown RES forced entry into VIC’s residence. Total approximate loss $490

Burglary – Theft From Auto

  • 10/28 – Somersby Way: VIC reported RES broke into her vehicle and stole loose change.
  •  11/3: Logan Way: Front passenger side window was smashed and VIC’s purse was taken from under the front seat.
  • 11/4 – Balfour Rd : Front passenger side window was smashed and VIC’s purse was taken from the front seat.
  • 11/4 – Sand Creek Rd: RES forced entry into VIC’S vehicle during the night and stole his laptop and medication.
  • 11/5 – Balfour Rd: RES smashed VIC’s vehicle window and stole a Zune (IPOD) and car charger. VIC estimated loss at $370.
  • 11/7 – Sand Creek Rd: RES entered VIC’s vehicle by unknown means and stole landscaping tools. Loss: $1276
  • 11/9 – Torrington Dr.: Window shattered and misc. items stolen (Occ’d 11/09 0100-1000 hrs).

Counterfeit

  • 10/28 – Second St.: ARR passed a fake $20 bill during lunch on campus.
  • 11/5 – Sand Creek Rd: RES attempted to pass counterfeit bills.
  • 11/7 – Walnut Blvd: ARR was taken into custody after fleeing from residence window and after a search of the residence was found to be in possession of suspected methamphetamine, paraphernalia, counterfeit currency, and property fraudulently purchased with counterfeit currency from Quikstop. Drunk

  • 10/30 – Lone Tree Way: ARR caused a disturbance at the business then fled on foot. ARR contacted a short distance away from the location and was determined to be too intoxicated to care for himself. ARR to MDF.
  • 11/2 – Citron Dr.: ARR caused a disturbance. ARR found to be unable to safely care for self due to alcohol intoxication. ARR to MDF.

DUI

  • 10/30 – Lone Tree Way: ARR stopped for VC violation and found to be DUI. ARR released on a signed PTA and vehicle stored.
  • 11/1 – Griffith: ARR stopped for vehicle code violation, and determined to be under the influence of an alcoholic beverage. ARR to MDF.
  • 11/2 – Wildflower LP: ARR was stopped for VC violations. ARR was determined to be DUI. ARR was transported to MDF.
  • 11/2 – Guthrie Ln: ARR stopped for VC violations. ARR found to be DUI. VEH parked, ARR to MDF.
  • 11/3 – Balfour: ARR operating vehicle while intoxicated. ARR to MDF. ARR’s vehicle parked IFO his residence.
  • 11/4 – Balfour Rd: ARR stopped for VC violations. ARR found to be operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol. ARR to MDF. ARR’s vehicle towed and stored.
  • 11/7 – Brentwood Blvd: ARR stopped for VC violation and found to be DUI. ARR to MDF.
  • 11/8 – McClarren Rd: ARR was driving while under the influence of alcohol. ARR to MDF, and her car was towed and entered into SVS.
  • 11/9 – Empire Ave: ARR stopped for CVC violation. ARR was determined to be driving under the influence of alcohol. ARR to MDF.
  • 11/9 – Balfour Rd: ARR was stopped for a VC violation. ARR was determined to be DUI. ARR provided breath sample. ARR to MDF.
  • 11/9 – Lone Tree Way: ARR parked VEH on curb. ARR released per 849(b) PC.

Fraud

  • 10/27 – Browning Ct.: VIC reporting store charge card’s opened in her name without her knowledge.
  • 10/27 – Sea Island Ct.: RES opened several credit accounts using VIC’s information.
  • 10/28 – Brentwood Blvd: VIC reported RES used his personal information to obtain services.
  • 10/31 – Finn Way: RES used VIC’s personal information fraudulently to file tax returns.
  • 10/31 – Sand Creek Rd: RES made an unauthorized purchase with VIC’s debit card information.
  • 10/31 – Mcintosh Tr: VIC’s credit card used to make fraudulent online purchases outside BPD jurisdiction.
  • 11/4 – Chambers Cl: VIC had identity stolen. Unknown RES opened an account with SPEEDY CASH using VIC’S credit info.
  • 11/5 – Shady Willow Lane: VIC reported someone used his social security number to obtain Medi Cal benefits.

Grand Theft

  • 10/27 – Sand Creek Rd.: RES stole $1200 worth of underwear.
  • 10/28 – Sand Creek Rd: RES’s entered business and stole $3,000+ in merchandise and fled store. Drove away in dark colored crown victoria.
  • 11/2 – Sand Creek Rd: Unknown RES stole VIC’s skateboard from his person.
  • 11/3 – Canyonwood Ct.: Unknown RES stole from RP who had $3000 pressure washer in his backyard while he was on vacation.
  • 11/3 – Sand Creek: RES 1-4 entered the store, loaded merchandise into their purses and store shopping bags, and then ran from the store making no attempt to pay for merchandise.

H&S Violation

  • 10/27 – Technology Way: ARR contacted and found to be under influence of a CNS stimulant. ARR to MDF.
  • 10/29 – Brentwood Blvd: VIC reported RES brandished a firearm at her. Upon investigation ARR was found to be in possession of an illegal knife. ARR to MDF.

Narcotics

  • 10/27 – Lone Tree Way: ARR had a cite-release warrant. ARR was contacted inside Home Depot. During probation search of vehicle, narcotics were recovered. ARR was in possession of controlled substance and ammunition. ARR is a prohibited person, she is an addict.
  • 10/28 – Balfour Rd.: ARR locked himself in the Safeway bathroom. ARR was determined to be attempting to conceal baby formula, possessed suspected methamphetamine, and was under the influence of a CNS stimulant. ARR to MDF.
  • 10/28 – Lone Tree Way: ARR was onviewed violating a CVC violation on his bicycle. ARR was contacted on a traffic enforcement stop, found to be under the influence of a CNS stimulant and in possession of paraphernalia.
  • 11/5 – Lynn Dr: While conducting a probation search, ARR-1&2 were found to be in possession of a controlled substance. ARR-3 was found to be under the influence of a controlled substance.
  • 11/7 – Orchard Dr.: ARR had an outstanding felony warrant and was taken into custody and booked at MDF.

Petty Theft

  • 10/27 – Chestnut St.: RES stole VIC’s catalytic converter.
  • 10/28 – Arch Ct.: Two Walkie Talkies were stolen from an unlocked vehicle during the night.
  • 10/30 – Lone Tree Way: SUS fled the store with stolen merchandise totaling $768.
  • 10/30 – Lone Tree way: SUS-1 and SUS-2 fled the store with stolen merchandise totaling $398.00.
  • 11/3 – Balfour Rd: RES’s entered Safeway and stole a large amount of baby formula.
  • 11/3 – Lone Tree Way: RES(s) entered store and took multiple items without paying. Estimated loss $592.
  • 11/4 – Sand Creek Rd: ARR was caught shoplifting. ARR released on a PTA.
  • 11/5 – Sand Creek Rd: ARR detained for stealing items from the store. ARR was released on PTA.
  • 11/5 – Brentwood Blvd: Wallet stolen out of VIC’s unlocked vehicle on 11/04/2014.
  • 11/6 – Oak St.: VIC- was at Bank of America on Oak St. where he withdrew cash from the outside ATM. After VIC left ATM RES accessed VIC’S account and withdrew $600. RES is an unknown BMA
  • 11/8 – Lone Tree Way: ARR stole merchandise from Home Depot, and was later contacted while in possession of some of the merchandise. ARR to MDF.

Restraining Order Violation

  • 11/2 – Sand Creek Rd: ARR contacted at location and found to be in violation of a restraining order. ARR was also found to have a no cite misdemeanor warrant. ARR began suffering from medical issues and was released to AMR per 849(b) PC. Warrant placed back in JAWS.

Robbery

  • 10/31 – Oak St.: RES-1 exhibited a knife and demanded VIC’s personal belongings.

Threats

  • 10/31 – Mill Creek Way: ARR threatened to burn VIC’s house down. ARR found to be in possession of suspected methamphetamine, prescription pills, concealed daggers and property previously stolen from VICs. ARR to MDF.

Vandalism

  • 10/27 – Griffith Ln: Graffiti located in four locations on the North East corner of Griffith Ln and McClarren Rd.
  • 10/28 – Sand Creek Rd: RES vandalized with red, green, and black spray paint the pathway wall.
  • 10/29 – Walnut Blvd: RES vandalized the water tower.
  • 10/29 – Brentwood Blvd: RES drilled holes in VIC’s gas tank. VIC subsequently spilled gasoline on ground at Tower Mart through holes in tank.
  • 10/29 – Allbrook Ct.: RES forced entry to the side garage door of the vacant residence.
  • 11/3 – Alexander Way: Walking trail bench defaced with a black pen. Unknown time of occurrence, called in by City of Brentwood Public Works.
  • 11/5 – Sand Creek Rd: Gang related Graffiti was located in the tunnels underneath Sand Creek Rd and Ohara Ave.
  • 11/6 – Westpoint Way: Unknown RES threw a brick through the rear window of VIC’s vehicle. Total approximate loss $500.
  • 11/6 – Balfour: VIC noticed vehicle’s hood had been damaged. VIC unsure of exact time or location damage occurred.

Warrant

  • 10/27 – Oak St.: ARR contacted during unwanted guest investigation and found to have a 647(b) PC no cite warrant out of Long Beach, CA. ARR transported to MDF.
  • 10/27 – Granville Ln: ARR was contacted and found to have a no cite warrant out of Solano County (FTA PC 530.5). ARR was transported to MDF without incident.
  • 10/27 – Putter Ct. ARR- was contacted at his residence in regards to an outstanding felony warrant for H&S 11350. ARR- to MDF.
  • 10/29 – Brentwood Blvd: ARR had an outstanding warrant (777 WI) for her arrest. ARR to MDF.
  • 10/30 – Portsmouth Dr.: ARR contacted and found to have an outstanding warrant for CVC 23152(a), CVC 23152(b), and CVC 23103(a). ARR to MDF.
  • 10/31 – Jeffery Way: ARR vehicle stopped for cvc violation. ARR found to have two warrants out of Amador County (23152E VC 11550A HS 4000A1 VC 16028A VC), and driving with a suspended license. ARR to MDF. ARR vehicle stored.
  • 11/2 – Brentwood Blvd: ARR stoped for VC violation. ARR found to have a felony warrant from Tracy PD. ARR to MDF.
  • 11/4 – Brentwood Blvd: ARR turned herself into PD for an outstanding warrant. ARR released on Promise To Appear.
  • 11/4 – Armstrong Rd: CITE vehicle stopped for CVC violations. ARR (passenger) had a no-cite warrant for 10851(a) CVC out of San Francisco County and was transported to MDF. CITE released on a NTA.
  • 11/9 – Rosegate Ave.: ARR stopped after report of drunk driving. ARR found to have no-bail DUI warrant out of Alameda County. ARR to MDF.
  • 11/9 – Balfour Rd.: Unknown responsible(s) caused damage to two related vehicle’s tires. Occurred between 11/08/2014 1900 hours and 11/09/2014 1100 hours

Weapons Violations

  • 10/29 – Brentwood Blvd: VIC reported RES brandished a knife. RES stated he did so in self defense.
  • 10/30 – Fruitwood Cm: VIC’s vehicle was egged while stopped at a traffic light. When VIC attempted to follow the responsible vehicle, a passenger in the vehicle pointed a black semi-automatic handgun at VIC.
  • 11/3 – Broderick Dr.: ARR was stopped for CVC violation. ARR was found to have concealed dagger in his pocket and suspected methamphetamine. ARR to MDF.
  • 11/6 – Broderick Dr.: ARR was contacted for warrants, found to have concealed dagger on person. ARR transported to MDF
