The following are a sampling of calls handled by the Brentwood Police Department between October  28  through November 8 according to information provided by Brentwood Police.

 

Assault

  • 10/31 – Sand Creek Road: RES pushed VIC when told to leave property.
  • 11/3 – Dunedin Dr.: INV-1 and INV-2 were involved in an argument. INV-1 then slapped INV-2 in the face.
  • 11/4 – Brentwood Blvd: The RP reported that her daughter was spit on by another student at Liberty High School.
  • 11/7 – Sand Creek Rd: RES punched VIC in the face.

 

Auto Theft

  • 10/29 – Hanover Dr.: VEH was taken without owners consent. VEH entered into SVS.
  • 11/2 – Longleaf Ct.: VIC’s VEH taken without VIC’s permission. VEH entered into SVS as stolen. VIC’s keys and miscellaneous items stolen from an unlocked second VEH. Approximate loss $50

Burglary – Business

  • 11/3 – Sand Creek Road: SUS-1 and SUS-2 entered the store and stole approximately $240 worth of merchandise. Subject’s matching the description of SUS-1 and SUS-2 were arrested by San Rafael PD
    for similar crime. Subjects were identified via surveillance video/still photos.
  • 11/4 – Oak St.: RES’s entered business and stole purse.

Burglary – Other

  • 11/1 – Sand Creek Road: Items stolen from fruit stand (Occ’d 10/31 1730-11/01 0700).

Burglary – Residential

  • 10/28 – Buckeye Pl: Unk RES attempted to enter residence via key, but key broke off in lock. Attempt only no loss.
  • 10/29 – Nicholas Ct.: RES entered VIC’s residence and stole several items.

Burglary – Theft from Auto

  • 10/31 – Randy Way: VIC-1 had passenger side window of vehicle smashed and VIC-2 had wallet stolen from same vehicle. No RES info.
  • 11/3 – Balfour: RES entered VIC-1 and VIC-2’s vehicle. VIC-1 sustained a loss of approximately $1300.00
  • 11/4 – Brentwood Blvd: RES broke out a rear camper shell window and stole VIC’S property (dive bag with float coat, life vest, rain pants, boots, and a VHF radio) from the truck bed. (11/3/15 1915 – 11/4/15 0730)
  • 11/4 – Lone Tree Way: RES entered VIC’s locked vehicle and rummaged through VIC’s glove box and moved VIC’s driver seat position. No items were removed from the vehicle.
  • 11/5 – Lone Tree Way: Three locked vehicles broken into while parked in the parking lot. Total loss,
    $1,400.00.

Drunk Driver

  • 10/30 – Lawrence Ln: ARR stopped for suspicion of DUI. ARR determined to be intoxicated. ARR battered Officers. ARR released on PTA and transported by AMR to Sutter.
  • 10/31 – Sand Creek Rd: ARR stopped for VC violations. ARR found to be driving while DUI. ARR to MDF, VEH released to PAS.
  • 11/6 – Harvest Park Dr: ARR stopped for CVC violations and determined to be DUI. ARR to MDF.
  • 11/6 – Nancy St.: ARR stopped for CVC violations and found to be driving while under the influence of
    alcohol. ARR to MDF. ARR’s vehicle parked near scene.
  • 11/8 – Brentwood Blvd: ARR stopped for CVC violation and found to be DUI. ARR released on PTA.

Embezzlement

  • 10/28 – Black Rock St.: RES was paid for services which were not rendered. Total loss is approximately $8,000.
  • 10/30 – Brentwood Blvd: RES failed to return vehicle on time, vehicle entered into SVS. Vehicle located occupied in the city of Antioch, RP did not want to prosecute. Vehicle removed from SVS.

Grand Theft

  • 10/28 – Second St.: Responsible took victim’s locked bicycle from bike rack at Liberty High School.
  • 10/30 – Sand Creek: RES stole approximately $2600 worth of under garments.
  • 10/30 – Roper Cl: RES Stole approximately $10000 worth of camera equipment from VIC’S unlocked vehicle.
  • 11/3 – Oak St.; Theft occurred at the BR Community Center on 10/04/2015. Stolen items included musical cymbals, musical keyboard and microphone. Total loss of about $4400. No RES info.
  • 11/8 – St. Augustine Dr: VIC is missing several pieces of jewelry, unknown when they went missing.

H&S Violation

  • 11/1 – Griffith Lane: ARR was found to be under the influence of a CNS stimulant. ARR to MDF.
  • 11/3 – Balfour: ARR showed up to work under the influence of a controlled substance and was on probation. ARR transported to MDF.

Misc Information

  • 11/5 – Second St: A developmentally disabled adult performed oral sex on another developmentally disabled adult in a classroom at the Gateway program at Independence High School.
  • 11/6 – Presidio Dr: INV’s contacted during garbage fire in backyard. INV’s found to be squatting in the
    residence with no electricity. Case forwarded to code enforcement for follow-up.

Narcotics Violation

  • 10/29 – Shady Willow Lane: ARR contacted during a pedestrian stop. ARR found to be in possession of suspected methamphetamine, under the influence of a CNS stimulant, and in violation of probation. ARR to MDF.
  • 11/2 – Second St.: ARR was contacted and found to be in possession of narcotics and paraphernalia.
  • 11/3 – Lone Tree Way: Contacted subject regarding no license plates on the vehicle. Consent search of the vehicle revealed ARR to be in possession of prescription narcotics not belonging to him. ARR released on a PTA.
  • 11/3 – Christina Way: ARR-1 was found to be under the influence of a controlled substance. ARR-2 was found to be in procession of a controlled substance. ARR-2 was also in violation of probation.
    ARR-1 and ARR-2 were transported to MDF.
  • 11/4 – Berkshire Ln: ARR contacted and determined to be in possession and under the influence of controlled substances. ARR to MDF.
  • 11/4 – Lone Tree Way: ARR found trespassing on railroad property. A search of ARR revealed Methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia. ARR to MDF.

Outside Assist

  • 10/29 – Valley Green Dr.: Assisted CHP in taking a subject into custody. (Click here for story & photos)
  • 11/5 – Sand Creek Rd: CHP requested cover on vehicle code violation enforcement stop. INV-1 was found to be in possession of methamphetamine and an outstanding warrant.

Other Violations

  • 11/6 – Brentwood Blvd: ARR’s were placed under CA for trespassing. ARR-1 was on probation, ARR-2 in possession of controlled substance and paraphernalia. ARR’s to MDF.

Petty Theft

  • 10/28 – Pebble Beach Dr.: ARR’S 1-4 stole pumpkins off front porches of residences. ARR’s 1 & 2 threw the pumpkins out of a moving vehicle and shattered a window of VIC’s parked vehicle. ARR vehicle was stopped by police and the remaining pumpkins were returned. ARR’s released on signed PTA’s.
  • 10/28 – Brentwood Blvd: RES stole merchandise from business on multiple occasions. Loss is approximately $173
  • 10/29 – Brentwood Blvd: RES forced open side gate of business. RES took bicycles, propane tanks and tools from fenced yard. Occurred between 10/28/15 1700 hours and 10/29/15 1500 hours.
  • 11/1 – Thompson Dr: Headphones, cash, credit card, and prescription medication were stolen from vehicle (Occ’d 10/31 2330- 11/01 0545).
  • 11/2 – Second St.: ARR stole miscellaneous items, valued at over $100.00, from VIC. ARR was released with a promise to appear.
  • 11/2 – Snapdragon Ct.: RES stole mail from VIC’s mailbox located in front of his residence.
  • 11/3 – McClarren Rd: Responsible took purse and wallets from victim’s unlocked vehicle while parked in church parking lot across from Brentwood Elementary.
  • 11/4 – Lone Tree Way: RES entered Baby’s R Us, removed a baby monitor, breast pumps and baby carriers. RES subsequently fled out the emergency exit without paying.
  • 11/5 – Lone Tree Way: ARR was contacted for shoplifting from business. ARR was released on a PTA.
  • 11/6 – Birch St.: ARR-1 stole VIC’s phone and gave it to ARR-2.
  • 11/6 – Lone Tree Way: RES-1 and RES-2 stole a $20 flask from Kohl’s and left the store in a silver
    Volkswagon.
  • 11/8 – Brentwood Blvd: RES stole VIC’s cell phone.

Restraining Order Violation

  • 10/31 – Fourth St.: RES violated a court order by coming to VIC’s residence.
  • 11/5 – Empire Ave: ARR was found in an outbuilding within the property, in violation of a Court Order and in violation of probation. ARR to MDF.

Robbery

  • 10/31 – Balfour Rd: RESs entered bank and conducted a take over style robbery. RESs fled in a stolen vehicle that was later located in a nearby neighborhood. Occurred 10/31/15 at approximately 1040-1042 hours. (Click here for story & photos)
  • 10/31 – Sand Creek Rd: RES-1 and RES-2 entered business and began stealing merchandise. VIC attempted to recover bag of merchandise from RES’s and both RES’s began punching her. RES’s fled the
    scene with property. VIC not injured.
  • 11/6 – Technology Way: RES held a gun at VIC and demanded VIC’s cell phone. Loss of $650

Sex Offenses

  • 11/5 – Positano Pl: RES touched VIC inappropriately.

Trespassing

  • 10/28 – Second St.: After having received a trespass admonishment from the business, ARR returned to the business and stole merchandise. Total loss unknown.
  • 10/30 – Second St.: ARR refused to leave Safeway (1125 Second St). ARR to MDF.
  • 11/4 – Second St.: ARR was trespassing at the business. ARR was released on a NTA.
  • 11/4 – Sand Creek Rd: ARR’s trespassed at multiple businesses. ARRs released on signed NTAs.

Vandalism

  • 10/28 – Foothill Dr.: RES spray painted the bathroom and the greens to Deer Ridge Golf Course.
  • 10/28 – Douglas Dr.: RES threw a pumpkin at the rear window of VIC’s vehicle causing it to shatter.
  • 10/28 – Brentwood Blvd: RES damaged several windows on two vehicles parked in the parking lot.
  • 10/29 – Buckeye Pl: RES kicked the driver side door of RP’s car causing minor damage. RP desired no
    prosecution.
  • 10/31 – Sand Creek Road: VIC’S ex-boyfriend came to her work and slashed two of her tires causing approximately $500 in damages.
  • 11/1 – Ash St.: RES scratched the driver side of VIC’s vehicle.
  • 11/5 – Second St.: Unknown RES(s) spray painted graffiti on a wall and inside a storage shed on the
    campus of Independence High School. The tagging included “Norte,” a nike style swoosh
    strike, four dots and “the eye sees all.”
  • 11/5 – Lone Tree Way: RES threw a large object at the front door window after business hours. Estimated cost of damage is $2,000.00.

Warrant

  • 10/29 – Second St.: INV and ARR contacted outside of business, and ARR found to have an outstanding
    misdemeanor warrant. ARR to MDF.
  • 10/30 – Brentwood Blvd: ARR contacted during a pedestrian stop. ARR found to have two outstanding warrants. ARR to MDF
  • 10/30 – Brentwood Blvd: ARR was contacted and arrested for a felony warrant for his arrest. ARR to MDF.
  • 11/5 – Orchard Dr.: ARR arrested on no bail felony warrant at above residence for failure to comply with order of probation. ARR to MDF.
  • 11/7 – Heritage Way: ARR was contacted and found to have a citable misd. warrant out of Hercules. ($10,000 for 23152 CVC) ARR was given a PTA and released from scene.
  • 11/8 – Balfour: ARR found to have two felony warrants out of Siskiyou County and a misdemeanor warrant out of Siskiyou County. ARR released on a signe PTA.

Weapons Violation

  • 11/1 – Lone Tree Way: ARR stopped during a pedestrian stop for VC violations. ARR found to be in possession of a concealed dirk or dagger. ARR to MDF.
  • 11/5 – Garin Parkway: RES-1 brandished a knife at VIC and VIC tackled RES-1. As VIC was on the ground holding RES-1 down, RES-2 began hitting VIC several times.
