November 10-14: Brentwood Police Calls

The following are a sampling of calls handled by the Brentwood Police Department between November 10-14  according to information provided by Brentwood Police.

Auto Theft

  • 11/11 – O’Hara Ave: VIC’s vehicle taken from the rear of the business. Vehicle entered into SVS.

Burglary – Business

  • 11/11 – Lone Tree Way: RES forced his way into the business and stole recyclables.

Burglary – Theft from Auto

  • 11/11 – Sand Creek Rd: RES-1 and RES-2 forced entry into VEH-1, VEH-2, and VEH-3 during the early morning hours and stole personal property and tools.

DUI

  • 11/10 – Walnut Blvd: ARR crashed V-1 into (2) VIC vehicles and a median curb inside Saferway parking lot. ARR was stopped by off-duty SFPD officer. ARR found to be DUI. ARR to MDF.

Forgery/Counterfeiting

  • 11/11 – Lone Tree Way: ARR vehicle stopped for CVC violation. ARR was found to be in possession of $6130.00 worth of counterfeit bills. ARR to MDF. CITE (passenger) was in possession of marijuana and released on a NTA.

Fraud

  • 11/10 – Walnut Blvd: ARR used VIC’s stolen credit card at Quik Stop. ARR to MDF.
  • 11/10 – Balfour: Employee at Safeway located a fraudulent $100.

Grand Theft

  • 11/13 – Sand Creek Rd: RP reported $5,208.50 in bras were stolen on 11/12/2014. (1730-2100)

H&S Violations

  • 11/11 – Lynn Dr.: ARR contacted and found to be under the influence of a CNS stimulant. ARR to MDF.
  • 11/12 – Lone Tree Way: ARR contacted and found to be under the influence of a CNS stimulant. ARR to MDF.
  • 11/13 – Havenwood Ave: ARR was contacted in possession of 74.8 grams of marijuana. ARR booked and released to INV.

Petty Theft

  • 11/2 – Shady Willow Ln: Apple I-pad taken from classroom.
  • 11/12 – Stewart Wy: VIC received a letter stating she was a winner of a sweepstakes. Included was a check that was requested to be cashed and the funds were to be shipped to an address in Maryland. VIC withdrew $6850 from her bank account and shipped the money prior to receiving notice that the check was fraudulent.
  • 11/12 – Technology Way: RES stole a go-cart from the business.
  • 11/13 – Europena Dr: RES took package off VIC’s front porch. Occurred 11/13/14 0930-1100. Property loss $350

Reports

  • 11/10 – Lone Tree Way: VIC’s co-worker has been sending her inappropriate and harassing text messages.

Robbery

  • 11/12 – Orchard Dr.: Report of 2 males arguing inside residence. ARR found to be in possession of narcotics. ARR tried to rob VIC by force, VIC was holding baby while ARR waved knife. ARR to MDF.

Vandalism

  • 11/10 – Brentwood Blvd: RES smashed two windows, cut wires and poured regular gas into diesel car crusher. Total estimated loss $10,600.
  • 11/10 – Homecoming Way: VEH parked on roadway had driver’s side door key tampered with to gain access. Attempted to punch the ignition but was unsuccessful. No personal items or items of value taken. Occurred between 11/7/14 at approximately 1500 hours and 11/10/14 at approximately 0630 hours. No suspect information.
  • 11/11 – Fourth St.: Decorative lamp post was broken by unknown suspect. Occurred from 0200-0234 hours.
  • 11/11 – Baflour Rd: Business vehicle’s front passenger tire was slashed. Occurred between 11/10/14 2000 hours and 11/11/14 0600 hours.
  • 11/12 – Second St.: RES(S) removed four golf carts from a locked shed and drove them around campus causing damage.

Warrant

  • 11/10 – Gardenside Ct.: Officers responded to the above location for a subject sleeping in a vehicle. ARR who was sleeping in a vehicle was determined to have a outstanding warrant for a parole violation.
  • 11/12 – Fairview Ave: ARR- was stopped for a vehicle code violation and determined to have a felony warrant for his arrest. ARR- to MDF.
  • 11/12 – Brentwood Blvd: ARR vehicle stopped for CVC violation. ARR was found to have a no bail warrant for 14601.2(a) CVC and 14601.5(a) CVC and transported to MDF. ARR was also driving with a suspended driver license for DUI. ARR vehicle stored.

Weapons Violations:

  • 11/10 – Balfour Rd: ARR was contacted and found to be in possession of narcotics and a loaded firearm. ARR to MDF.
  • 11/10 – Broderick Dr.: ARR contacted for CVC violation, found to have an outstanding warrant for a probation violation. ARR is a felon in possession of tear gas device. ARR to MDF.
  • 11/11 – Lone Tree Way: ARR contacted on suspicious vehicle stop. ARR in possession of a billy club. ARR released on a PTA.
