Nominations for Student and Adult Humanitarians of the Year for MLK Celebration is Due is Nov 1

Martinez, CA – Contra Costa County seeks nominations for Humanitarian of the Year in commemoration of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. The nominations period is now through November 1, 2018. The Board of Supervisors seeks to recognize a community member as well as a student leader whose dedication to others embodies the spirit and legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.

We look forward to recognizing a student and adult humanitarian and celebrating Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.’s legacy at a community event on Tuesday, January 22, 2019, in Contra Costa County’s Board Chambers located at 651 Pine Street, Martinez, CA.

Exactly, he brought all the neo-Nazi’s, women-haters, closet racists, cowards, rich tax-evaders, crooks, and swindlers that make this nation “great”. MLK stood up against the war as a hated minority at the time, while Trump dodged it and got millions as a gift. What a great example for our children.
