The following are a sampling of calls handled by the Brentwood Police Department May 11-June 4 according to information provided by Brentwood Police.

Arson

  • 5/17 – Sycamore Dr.: VIC discovered her front patio furniture and a trash bag had been set on fire sometime during the night.
  • 5/20 – First St.: RES-1 and RES-2 started a fire in the open field just south of Garin Elementry School.

Assault

  • 5/13 – W. County Club Dr.: VIC was kicked and punched in the head while he was defenseless by an unknown number of suspects. VIC was treated at Kaiser ER and was released from hospital.
  • 5/13 – Sand Creek Road: VIC and RES engaged in a verbal altercation which turned physical.
  • 5/14 – Brentwood Blvd: INV parties were in an argument that became physical. Medical was refused and all of INV parties refused to press charges.
  • 5/17 – Arlington Way: ARR- was intoxicated and unable to care for her safety or the safety of others. ARR resisted and battered an officer. ARR- to MDF.
  • 5/17 – Sand Creek Rd: RES-1 and RES-2 pushed each other during a dispute over a traffic collision. Neither parties wanted prosecution.
  • 5/25 – Tamalpais: VIC was struck several times in the head by RES via punch. During altercation VIC phone was taken by unknown RES.
  • 5/28 – San Jose Ave: RES pushed VIC at school.
  • 6/1 – Danica Ct: RES punched VIC in the face during a dispute.
  • 6/1 – Brentwood Blvd: ARR battered VIC.
  • 6/4 – Second St.: The RES struck the victim three times.
  • 6/4 – Waterville Dr: VIC-1 and VIC-2 reported they were battered by RES-1 and RES-2 on way home from school.

Auto Recovered

  • 5/17 – Broderick Dr.: ARR contacted in front of VIC residence for restraining order violation. ARR admitted to stealing a nearby parked vehicle, which he used to drive to VIC residence. ARR was
    also in possession of worn down “shaved” keys. ARR to MDF.
  • 5/23 – Dellwood Ct.: East Bay Regional Parks District Police Helicopter received a LoJack hit on a stolen trailer/generator. An area check revealed a subject in possession of the stolen property. ARR was later transported to MDF.

Auto Theft

  • 5/14 – Third St.: RES- stole VIC’s vehicle from his carport. Vehicle entered into SVS.
  • 5/19 – Lenzie Ct.: VIC reported his brother stole his keys and vehicle from inside the garage at their
    residence. Stolen vehicle is 2009 Black Nissan Versa. Entered into SVS. Theft occurred at 0825 hours on 5/19/15.
  • 5/22 – Corte Vista St.: VIC reported her vehicle was stolen from the driveway early this morning. VIC thinks SUS stole her vehicle. Vehicle entered into SVS by dispatch. (05/22/15 0400-0600)
  • 5/24 – Marjoram Dr.: VIC reported his vehicle as stolen. Vehicle was located down the street. Vehicle was entered into SVS as stolen/recovered. Vehicle was released to the owner.
  • 5/24 – Gristmill Dr.: RES stole VIC’s vehicle parked in front of residence. Occurred between 05/23-
    05/24/2015 1300-0730 hrs.
  • 5/28 – Griffith Lane: VIC’s locked VEH was stolen from residence. VEH entered into SVS as stolen.
  • 6/2 – Gristmill Dr: VIC’S vehicle stolen during the night. Vehicle located by Oakley PD. SUS in custody.

Burglary – Business

  • 5/17 – Lone Tee Way: RES broke a window to gain access into the business and accessed an empty cash drawer. No apparent loss.
  • 5/17 – Lone Tree Way: Unknown RES entered VIC’s home through an unlocked sliding door and stole a pistol and a watch.
  • 5/22 – Lone Tree Way: RES gained entry into business by breaking a combination lock before stealing cash.
  • 5/29 – Lone Tree Way: ARR-1 stole items from Kohl’s with ARR-2. ARR-1 found to have a warrant and was transported to MDF. ARR-2 was released to a parent.
  • 5/31 – Sand Creek Rd: RES-1 and RES-2 entered the business, then RES-2 grabbed two display IPhones and both RES-1 and RES-2 ran out of the business and got into a waiting vehicle.

Burglary – Residential

  • 5/14 – Lindrick Ct.: Front door of VIC’S secondary residence kicked in (Occ’d 05/03-05/14).
  • 5/27 – Continente Ave: RES entered residence through open rear door and stole jewelry and other small items.
  • 5/28 – Rossano St.: ARR ran from officers, was found in possession of burglary tools and was on probation. ARR to MDF.
  • 5/28 – Valley Green Dr.: RES entered residence through an open window. RES stole a computer and jewelry. Total loss approximately $20,850. Occurred on 5/28/2015 between 0735-1025 hours.
  • 5/28 – Lynn Dr: RES made entry into VIC-1’s and VIC-2’s residence, by unknown means, and stole several items (to be identified).
  • 5/28 – Bluesage Ct: RES Removed screen from a rear window. No entry was made.
  • 5/29 – Winged Foot Rd: RES1 and 2 entered home through unlocked back door. loss of $1400.
  • 6/4- Arrowhead St.: RES gained entry into an occupied residence through an unlocked sliding door and stole a TV.

Burglary or Theft From Auto

  • 5/11 – Montana St.: Locked vehicle parked in the driveway of residence had center console rummaged through. No items taken. Occurred between 5/9/15 approximately 2000 hours and 5/10/15 approximately 0800 hours.
  • 5/11 – Brentwood Blvd: RES entered locked vehicle from driver’s side window and stole purse.
  • 5/13 – Summerwood Dr: RES broke driver’s side rear window of VIC vehicle sometime between 5/12/15 at 2100 hours and 5/13/15 at 0630 hours. Take was uniform and backpack. Loss is approximately $550.
  • 5/15 – Sand Creek Rd: A vehicle’s rear passenger side window was smashed and the trunk handle was damaged. A passport, birth certificate, phone charger, and a purse were stolen.
  • 5/15 – Lone Tree Way: Unknown RES broke into VIC vehicle on 5/15/15 between the hours of 2335-2345. RES took 2 backpacks that contained a laptop, wallet, and other personal property. Loss was
    approximately $643.
  • 5/16 – Lagoon Ct.: RES gained entry to VIC’s veh through unlocked driver door. Total loss approximately
    $3150.00.
  • 5/17 – Balfour: RES- broke the window to VIC’s vehicle and stole her purse. Total loss was
    approximately $270.
  • 5/19 – New Holland Ct: RES made entry into VIC’s locked vehicles and locked shed. Loss was signed sports memorabilia (baseballs, football, bats, etc…), registration paperwork, patio furniture, and loose change.
  • 5/19 – Kayla Pl: RES entered VIC’s locked vehicle and stole misc. items valued at $125.
  • 5/20 – Celestine St.: ARR-1 and ARR-2 forced entry into VIC’s vehicle and stole property. ARR-1 and ARR-2 were determined to be in possession of burglary tools and stolen mail from various
    ARR-2 was determined to be in possession of counterfeit currency. ARR1
    and ARR-2 to MDF.
  • 5/22 – Sand Creek Rd: Unknown responsible(s) smashed a vehicle’s trunk window and stole a pair of Christian Louboutin high heel shoes, a brown Louis Vuitton purse, two Oneil life vests, and an iPad.
  • 5/22 – Lone Tree Way: RES broke vehicle window and stole a back pack and a track bag. Total Estimated loss was $360.00
  • 5/22 – Lone Tree Way: RES smashed window of VIC’S vehicle and stole bag.
  • 5/23 – Brighton Dr.: RES pried the trunk open to VIC’S vehicle and stole VIC’S tools and a guitar.

  • 5/23 – Balfour Rd: RES broke the front passenger window of VIC’s locked vehicle and stole a bag filled with various items. Total loss approximately $90.
  • 5/26 – Broderick: VIC reported RES entered her locked vehicle thru an open window and stole stereo equipment.
  • 5/26 – Lone Tree Way: RES made entry into Veh-1 and stole a brown Michael Kors purse with VIC’s debit card, drivers license, and other miscellaneous items.
  • 5/26 – Ceylon Dr.: RES entered vehicle through partially rolled down window. Stole Ipad.
  • 5/27 – Tropicana Ln: Locked VEH parked in driveway of residence had glovebox rummaged through and sunglasses taken. Access gained through driver’s side window that was left partially down. Occurred between 5/26/15 at approximately 2000 hours and 5/27/15 approximately 0800 hours.
  • 5/28 – Picadilly Lane: RES entered VICs vehicle by unknown means and stole a stereo and tools. Occurred between 05/27-05/28/2015 1800-1000 hrs.
  • 5/29 – Arlington Way: A vehicle’s doors were pried open and items were stolen from the vehicle. RES left an unfamiliar key in the vehicle’s ignition.

Counterfeiting/Forgery

  • 5/21 – Brentwood Blvd: RP reported his business received two counterfeit checks in April. RES is a known customer. Loss of $4001.00

DUI

  • 5/16 – ARR was stopped for a CVC violation and found to be driving under the influence of alcohol. ARR was released on a PTA.
  • 5/18 – Chestnut: ARR was contacted during a traffic enforcement stop and was determined to be driving under the influence of alcohol.
  • 5/19 – Balfour: ARR was operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol, prescription
    medication, and a suspended driver’s license. ARR to MDF.
  • 5/22 – Lone Tree Way: ARR stopped for vehicle code violation. Determined to be under the influence of an alcoholic beverage. ARR to MDF.
  • 5/22 – Sand Creek Rd: ARR- was stopped for a vehicle code violation and determined to be DUI. ARR-to MDF. ARR’s vehicle was stored and entered into SVS.
  • 5/22 – Brentwood Blvd: ARR stopped for vehicle code violation, and determined to be under the influence of an alcoholic beverage. ARR to MDF.
  • 5/23 – Brentwood Blvd: ARR was stopped due to a traffic violation. ARR was determined to be under the influence of alcohol. ARR transported to MDF.
  • 5/24 – Lawrence Lane: WIT reported a DUI driver. ARR contacted and found to be DUI. ARR to MDF.
  • 5/24 – Second St.: ARR stopped for CVC violations and was determined to be driving under the influence. ARR to MDF.
  • 5/29 – Brentwood Blvd: ARR was observed by witnesses driving recklessly on Brentwood Blvd. Upon contacting ARR he was found to be intoxicated. ARR to MDF.
  • 5/30 – Brentwood Blvd: ARR stopped for VC violations. ARR determined to be DUI. ARR had 5 year old child in vehicle. ARR provided PAS sample and refused all other chemical samples. Warrant was
    obtained and blood was drawn. ARR to MDF.

Fraud

  • 5/21 – Brentwood Blvd: VIC wired $29,750 and mailed his watch to RES in Florida in exchange for a higher valued watch. VIC did not receive the watch and has lost contact with RES.
  • 5/22 – Chaucer Dr.: Unknown RES sold fake gold to VIC. Loss of $1000.

 

Grand Theft

  • 5/12 – Sand Creek Road: Two SUS’S stole display phones.
  • 5/20 – Springdale Ct.: ARR-1 and ARR-2 contacted after stealing construction material from TRI-Point homes. ARR-1 to MDF. ARR-2 released per 849(B) PC. Vehicle towed and stored.
  • 5/20 – Minnesota Ave: Unknown RES took VIC’s clarinet.
  • 5/25 – Giotto Dr.: RES entered his parents’ room and stole two watches valued at approximately $10,000. Additional jewelry valued at additional $18,000 also noted missing.
  • 5/27 – Cesar Chavez: VIC reported firearms (Kahr Arms, Sig Sauer and Walther), range bag and backpack were stolen from unlocked vehicle. Approximate loss is $2,520.
  • 5/30 – Midway: VIC reported ARR stole his prosthetic leg. ARR was contacted and transported to MDF.
    Leg returned to VIC.
  • 6/3 – Redhaven St.: RES removed catalytic converter from VEH parked in the driveway of residence. Occurred between 6/2/15 at approximately 2100 hours and 6/4/15 approximately 0630 hours.
  • 6/4 – Sage Sparrow St.: Catalytic converters taken from VIC’s vehicle overnight. Total Loss $1000.
  • 6/4 – Bushwood: Catalytic converters taken from VIC’s vehicle overnight. Total Loss $1000.
  • 6/4 – Larkspur Ct.: A catalytic converter was stolen from a vehicle. Nothing else was stolen from the
    vehicle, and there was no further damage done to the vehicle.

H&S Violation

  • 5/17 – Brentwood Blvd: ARR contacted after a report of an unwanted guest. ARR found to be under the influence of CNS stimulant. ARR to MDF.
  • 5/19 – O’Hara Ave: ARR was contacted during a welfare check. ARR found to be under the influence of a controlled substance. ARR to MDF.
  • 5/27 – Century Oaks Dr: ARR was stopped for bicycle VC violations and found to be under the influence of CNS stimulant. ARR to MDF.
  • 6/1 – Brentwood Blvd: ARR was contacted and found to be in possession of narcotics paraphernalia and under influence of a CNS stimulant. ARR to MDF.

Narcotics Violation

  • 5/13 – Balfour Road: ARR stopped for VC violations. ARR had outstanding warrant and found in possession of phencyclidine. ARR to MDF.
  • 5/18 – First St.: ARR-1 and ARR-2 had possession of methamphetamine and were in violation of their
    probation terms. ARR-1 and ARR-2 were both transported to MDF.
  • 5/24 – Midway AL: ARR found to be in possession of two hyperdermic syringes. One contained suspected methamphetamine. ARR released on PTA.
  • 5/26 – Lynn Dr.: ARR stopped for city muni code violation. ARR found to have outstanding warrant. ARR resisted arresting officers and later found to be in possession of a controlled substance for sale. ARR to MDF.
  • 5/30 – Balfour: ARR- was contacted during an unwanted guest complaint and determined to be in
    possession of methamphetamine. ARR- to MDF.

Brentwood-PD-and-CHP

Other Violations

  • 5/26 – Lynn Dr.: ARR-1, ARR-2 and INV contacted during probation search. ARR-1 and ARR-2 found to be addicts in possession of ammunition, possess narcotic controlled substances and possess burglary tools. ARR-1 obstructed/delayed officers and was found to be in violation of her probation. ARR-2 was found to be un…

Petty Theft

  • 5/21 – Balfour Rd: ARR’s located with stolen property. One ARR had a warrant for their arrest. Both
    ARR’s to MDF.
  • 5/24 – Lone Tree Way: ARR was caught after she conducted a fraudulent return and shoplifted from the store. ARR was on felony probation. ARR to MDF.
  • 5/30 – Midway: ARR was placed under citizen’s arrest for stealing a granola bar from VIC. ARR
    released on a PTA.

Possession of Stolen Property

  • 5/18 – Lone Oak Rd: ARR contacted for a medical PD call. ARR found to be in possession of stolen property from a robbery out of Stockton. ARR to MDF.

Restraining Order Violation

  • 5/23 – Spartan Tr.: VIC reported ARR contacted him in violation of a restraining order. ARR released on a PTA.

Robbery

  • 5/11 – Lone Tree Way: ARRs entered the business to commit theft. ARR4 stole an item to return for store credit. ARR3 then fought with loss prevention to prevent ARR4 from being arrested. ARR2 then stole the store credit gift card and receipt and left the business. ARR1 was a passenger and was found to be in possession…
  • 5/28 – Sand Creek Road: Responsibles went into Victoria’s Secret and stole merchandise using an electronic weapon and bodily force to exit the store. The total take is still unknown.

Trespassing

  • 5/21 – Shady Willow Lane: ARR contacted after trespassing on property. ARR released on a signed PTA. ARR also served protection order.
  • 5/21 – Second St.: ARR drove onto the campus of Liberty High School. He was contacted, arrested and
    released on a promise to appear.
  • 5/22 – City Park: RES attempted to rappel down the crow’s nest at the city parking structure.
  • 5/24 – Balfour: ARR- was placed under citizen’s arrest for trespassing. ARR- to MDF.

Vandalism

  • 5/11 – Lone Tree Way: ARR was placed under arrest for possession of vandalism tools, vandalism, and probation violation. ARR to MDF.
  • 5/12 – Birch St.: RES destroyed surveillance cameras on campus.
  • 5/21 – Brentwood Blvd: VIC stated RES was inside work truck and tampering with ignition. RES fled scene prior to police arrival.

Warrant

  • 5/13 – Lone Tree Way: ARR had a felony bench warrant for 459 P.C. ARR to MDF.
  • 5/14 – Lone Tree Way: ARR was driving with a suspended drivers license. Additionally ARR had an outstanding warrant. ARR to MDF.
  • 5/14 – Griffith: During a traffic enforcement stop ARR was found to have had a warrant for his arrest.
    ARR was arrested and transported MDF.
  • 5/18 – Brentwood Blvd: ARR was contacted and had a domestic violence warrant for his arrest. ARR to MDF.
  • 5/18 – Birch.: ARR was contacted and found to have a misd. warrant. ARR booked into MDF.
  • 5/20 – Brentwood Blvd: ARR contacted for VC violation, found to have no bail warrant from Manteca, Ca. ARR to MDF.
  • 5/22 – Jeffrey Way: ARR contacted after pan handling. ARR found to have a cite releasable misdemeanor warrant. ARR released on a signed PTA.
  • 5/22 – Slatten Ranch Rd: Vehicle stopped for VC violation. Passenger/ARR had misdemeanor warrant from Concord. ARR to MDF.
  • 5/26 – Grant St.: ARR contacted during traffic enforcement stop, found to have warrant out for arrest. ARR cite and released from scene.
  • 5/28 – Corte Vista St: ARR contacted during unwanted guest call, found to have multiple warrants out for his arrest. ARR also found in possession of controlled substance. ARR to MDF.
  • 5/31 – Jeffrey Way: ARR was stopped for a CVC violation. ARR had a felony warrant for his arrest out of Solano County (273.5 (a) PC and 422 PC). ARR to MDF.
  • 6/3 – Lone Tree Way: ARR was arrested for an outstanding warrant and released from the scene. Additionally DRI was cited for not wearing his seatbelt.
  • 6/4 – Jeffrey way: ARR vehicle stopped for CVC violation. ARR was found to have a non-citable warrant out of San Jose (Larceny). ARR to MDF. ARR vehicle released to RO.
  • 6/4 – Sand Creek Road: ARR was contacted during a verbal argument and found to have a misdemeanor traffic warrant. ARR was released on a PTA.
  • 6/4 – Lone Tree Way: ARR stopped for CVC violation. ARR had a cite-release misdemeanor warrant for her arrest. ARR released on PTA.

Weapons Violation

  • 5/15 – Brentwood Blvd: ARR contacted during an abandoned vehicle check. ARR in possession of collapsible baton inside ARR vehicle. ARR to MDF.
  • 5/18 – Fairview Dr.: ARR stopped for BP violations. ARR found to have an outstanding warrant. ARR is an addict and was in possession of tear gas. ARR to MDF
  • 6/2 – Fourth St.: ARR contacted during a probation search and found to be a felon in possession of
    ammunition and a slungshot

And the list gets bigger every month! I’ve said it before, look out Brentwood, there is no invisible wall that separates you from Antioch’s criminals, thugs, section 8, prostitutes, pimps, drug dealers, self entitled racist hypocritical ghetto Oakland and Richmond youths!

Your gated communities will be the target of reverse racist claims. What happened in McKinney can happen in your backyard.
