At 8:15 am, PG&E reported that a power outage was impacting 4,609 customers and say the outage was caused by the weather according to their preliminary determination.
UPDATE:
PG&E says their preliminary determination is that your outage was caused by scheduled maintenance work. As of 10:30 am, a total of 251 customers were without power.
No other information was available.

This is planned, they are testing for project blue beam. Stay vigilant.
I was not aware of project blue.
