LAPD: Amber Alert Cancelled, Two Year Old Found Safe

According to authorities in Los Angeles, an Amber Alert was issued Wednesday night for a 2-year-old-girl who was allegedly abducted at gunpoint by a father who does not have custody during a supervised visit.

Lanees Issa was allegedly kidnapped by her 27-year-old father, Louai Issa, at about 2:05 p.m. from Los Angeles.

Her father was described as 5 feet 11 inches tall, 165 pounds and having brown hair and green eyes. He was last seen wearing a white shirt and blue jeans and driving a Silver Honda CRV with a partial license plate of “W122.” Police say he is armed and dangerous.

THE VICTIM IS LANEES ISSA, A 2-YEAR-OLD MIDDLE EASTERN FEMALE, WITH BROWN HAIR, BROWN EYES, STANDING APPROXIMATELY 2 FEET TALL AND WEIGHING APPROXIMATELY 35 POUNDS. LANEES ISSA WAS LAST SEEN WEARING A PINK AND ORANGE SHIRT, PINK PANTS, AND PINK SANDALS.

THE SUSPECT IS LOUAI NAYEL ISSA, A 27-YEAR-OLD MIDDLE EASTERN MALE, WITH BROWN HAIR, GREEN EYES, STANDING APPROXIMATELY 5 FEET 11 INCHES TALL, AND WEIGHING APPROXIMATELY 165 POUNDS. HE WAS LAST SEEN WEARING A WHITE SHIRT AND BLUE JEANS.

LOUAI ISSA IS BELIEVED TO BE ARMED AND DANGEROUS
