The following are a sampling of calls handled by the Brentwood Police Department June 5-28 according to information provided by Brentwood Police.

Arson

  • 6/5 – Camelback: Grass fire caused by unknown circumstances. No injuries.
  • 6/6 – Holsapple Way: RES set fire to a bicycle.

Assault

  • 6/7 – Brooks St.: INV-1 and INV-2 were involved in a physical fight. INV-1 did not desire prosecution
    against INV-2.
  • 6/8 – Windsor Way: ARR-1 advised ARR-2 bumped her with his shoulder. ARR-2 alleged ARR-1 laced his
    medication with eye drops. Each placed the other under citizen’s arrest. Each was
    released on a Promise to Appear.
  • 6/13 – First St.: ARR entered La Fuente and began breaking glasses, throwing chairs and tables. ARR threw one chair at the bouncer causing it to strike him. ARR also caused over $400 in
    damages to the business. ARR placed under arrest and transported to MDF.
  • 6/14 – First St.: RES assaulted VIC by grabbing her. VIC did not desire prosecution.
  • 6/17 – Peachwillow Dr.: RESs alleged mutual battery while fighting over the microwave.
  • 6/23 – Doeskin Tr: VIC sustained minor injuries via unknown means by un-identified RES. VIC did not want to cooperate with PD. INFO only

Auto Theft

  • 6/8 – Outrigger Cl: RES took VEH-1 without VIC’s permission and left VEH-1 at the bottom of the creek.
  • 6/8 – Lindrick Ct.: VIC reported ARR had taken VEH without permission. ARR returned to residence with VEH. ARR to MDF.
  • 6/10 – Balfour: RES stole VIC’s keys and wallet from locker and then stole VIC’s vehicle from parking lot. Vehicle located by Pinole PD.
  • 6/22 – Sheldon Dr: VIC VEH stolen overnight. All keys accounted for and no one allowed to have it.
  • 6/22 – Atherton Ct.: RES-1 entered VIC vehicle and stole it along with attached trailer containing
    approximately $10,000 worth of tools while RES-2 stood lookout. RES-2 fled scene in different vehicle.
  • 6/22 – Brentwood Blvd: VIC left motorcycle in parking lot with “for sale” sign, returned and found motorcycle taken without his consent.
  • 6/23 – Westpoint Way: 95 RED NISSAN PATHFINDER 4D stolen from info residence. Entered into SVS
  • 6/24 – Lone Tree Way: VIC vehicle stolen from parking lot at approximately 0700 hours. Green Acura Integra, carbon fiber trunk, primered roof and gold rims. Entered into SVS.
  • 6/26 – Brentwood Blvd: VIC reported his vehicle was stolen overnight. Vehicle was entered into SVS as stolen.

Burglary or Theft From Auto

  • 6/5 – W. Country Club Dr: RES broke into VIC’s vehicle and stole a back pack and 2 bongs. Total loss $520. Occd on 6/5/2015 between 0800-0845 hours
  • 6/6 – La Fonte Dr: RES broke into VIC’s vehicle and stole clothing. Total loss approximately $30.
    Occured on 6/6/15 between 0230-0600 hours.
  • 6/8 – Carlisle Dr: Locked VEH parked in the driveway of residence had glove box and center console
    rummaged through. No items taken. Occurred between 6/7/15 at approximately 1400 hours
    and 6/8/15 at approximately 0915 hours.
  • 6/10 – Sand Creek Rd: RES smashed window to VEH and stole a blue wallet containing one debit card. RES fled the scene.
  • 6/10 – Second St.: Items stolen from VIC-1’s vehicle and VIC-2’s vehicle window was smashed and items taken. VIC-3 had items stolen from an unknown friends vehicle. Take includes wallets
    and phones.
  • 6/14 – Sand Creek Road: Unknown RES forced entry into VIC’s vehicle and removed an iPad.
  • 6/14 – Lone Tree Way: Responsible(s) smashed a vehicle’s passenger side window. Nothing was stolen from the vehicle.
  • 6/14 – Lone Tree Way: Responsible(s) smashed a vehicle’s passenger side window and stole a large amount of electronic equipment.
  • 6/16 – Second St.: RES smashed window to VIC’s vehicle and stole cell phone and wallet.
  • 6/19 – Lone Tree Way: A vehicle’s passenger side window was smashed, and a purse was stolen.
  • 6/20 – Walnut Blvd: VIC reported RES forced entry into his locked vehicle and stole his stereo.

  • 6/27 – Lone Tree Way: Unknown RES broke into VIC’s vehicle and stole several items. Total loss $845

Burglary – Business

  • 6/11 – Lone Tree Way: On 6/11/2015 between hours of 0100 and 0445 hours, the front windows to two adjacent businesses were smashed and both business’ cash registers were stolen. Nothing else taken. No security video available at time of contact.
  • 6/22 – Sand Creek Rd: RES forced entry into the business and stole a black, Dell, laptop, valued at approximately $300.
  • 6/26 – Lone Tree Way: RES’ gained entry into the business by using a tool to cut open a hole on the fire exit door. RES’ then stole nearly $19,000 worth of electronics items.

Burglary – Residential

  • 6/5 – Midway: RES stole prosthetic leg from VIC’S residence.
  • 6/15 – Oakville Ct.: Unknown RES attempted to force entry into VICs garage.
  • 6/17 – Boulder St.: RES entered RP’s house through side bathroom window. RES took two IPhones and fled in unknown vehicle.
  • 6/18 – Cobalt Lane: RES removed window screen from front windows to residence. Dogs inside residence prevented entry through an open window. No entry made and no property taken.

Domestic Disturbance

  • 6/10 – Brentwood Blvd: RP called stating his exgf was locked outside the residence because he feared she would harm him. After speaking with both parties initial claim was unfounded and they agreed to cohabitate amicably. No crime was committed.

Drunk

  • 6/8 – Central Blvd: ARR contacted regarding outstanding warrant. ARR found to be heavily intoxicated and made threats towards Officers. ARR to MDF.
  • 6/13 – Brentwood Blvd: ARR was contacted and determined to be under the influence of alcohol. ARR transported to MDF.
  • 6/28 – Davidson Ct.: ARR was contacted outside his home on a domestic dispute investigation and determined to be drunk in public. ARR was transported to MDF where he was booked.

DUI

  • 6/5 – Second St.: ARR was found to be driving under the influence of alcohol. ARR cited out.
  • 6/13 – Central: ARR contacted for CVC violations and found to be operating a motor vehicle under the influence. Vehicle towed and ARR to MDF
  • 6/16 – Lone Tree Way: ARR-1 stopped for VC violations and determined to be under influence of alcohol and drugs. ARR-2 (passenger) was intoxicated and determined unable to care for his own safety. ARR’s to MDF.
  • 6/20 – Brentwood Blvd: ARR was found to be under the influence of alcohol while driving. ARR to MDF.
  • 6/20 – Second St.: ARR stopped for investigative stop, and found to be under the influence of an alcoholic beverage. ARR to MDF.
  • 6/22 – Brentwood Blvd: ARR contacted during DUI investigation. ARR found to be intoxicated. ARR to MDF.
  • 6/26 – Lone Tree Way: ARR stopped for vehicle code violation. ARR determined to have two outstanding misdemeanor warrants, and driving while under the influence of an alcoholic beverage. ARR to MDF.

Fraud

  • 6/5 – Brentwood Blvd: RES fraudulently withdrew $960 from VIC’s bank account while in Antioch. Case forwarded to Antioch PD.
  • 6/6 – Oak St.: RES accessed VIC’s account at the Bank of America ATM and withdrew $460.00.
  • 6/7 – Harrison Ln: VIC reported hotel staff used her credit card information to make fraudulent charges while staying in Anaheim CA. Case sent to Anaheim PD.
  • 6/15 – Brentwood Blvd: VIC’s personal information was used to open several credit accounts outside BPD jurisdiction.
  • 6/18 – Rubidoux Tr: VIC was scammed into sending $6,700 in order to obtain lottery winnings.
  • 6/20 – Sandyhills Lane: VIC was scammed into sending $550.00 for fees on a grant she was approved for.

Grand Theft

  • 6/15 – Stonnington Ct.: Bathroom ventilation fans taken from new construction site.
  • 6/16 – Second St.: RES stole VIC’s backpack out of an unknown involved vehicle.
  • 6/16 – Sand Creek Rd: Unidentified RES stole 144 containers of lip gloss.
  • 6/22 – Sand Creek Road: RP reported approximately $2,300 of merchandise stolen from VIC business. Report delayed one week from occurrence.
  • 6/24 – Sand Creek Road: RES- stole approximately eighty five pairs of underwear valued at $1062.50.
  • 6/25 – Sand Creek Road: RES 1, 2 , and 3 entered business and stole several items from the shelves. RES’s fled in a blue sadan. Total loss $3517.50
  • 6/27 – Sand Creek Rd: RES- stole approximately $60 worth of table clothes and skirts, but returned the items when confronted in the parking lot.

H&S Violation

  • 6/7 – Balfour: ARR contacted after a welfare check and found to be in possession of controlled
    substance for sales and metal knuckles. ARR to MDF.
  • 6/10 – First St.: ARR contacted on school property and determined to be under the influence of a CNS stimulant and was in possession of drug paraphernalia.

Indecent Exposure

  • 6/14 – Second St.: RES exposed himself to VIC while in the drive-thru.

Narcotic Violations

  • 6/9 – Lone Tree Way: ARR was arrested for possession of cocaine and probation violation. Additionally, CIT was cited for driving without a driver’s license. Both were released with a promise to appear.
  • 6/10 – Applewood CM: ARR was stopped for a VC violation. During a search of ARR’s person, he was found to be in possession of methamphetamine. ARR was released on a PTA.
  • 6/20 – Orchard Dr: ARR- was contacted in regards to an outstanding misdemeanor warrant for his arrest (failure to comply with his court ordered probation). ARR- was in possession of drug
    paraphernalia and .5 grams of suspected methamphetamine. ARR- to MDF.
  • 6/26 – Presidio Dr: ARR contacted and found to be under the influence. ARR transported to MDF
  • 6/28 – Elm St.: ARR contacted during pedestrian stop. ARR found to be too intoxicated to care for himself. ARR found to be in possession of a controlled substance. ARR to MDF.

Parole/Probation Violation

  • 6/25 – Dainty Ave: ARR, INV1 and INV2 were engaged in a mutual combat altercation. No prosecution desired in altercation. ARR found to be intoxicated and unable to care for himself. ARR also on
    juvenile probation. ARR to MDF.

Petty Theft (Note – not all incidents were included)

  • 6/6 – Marjoram: A catalytic converter was stolen from a vehicle. No further damage was done to the vehicle, and nothing else was stolen from the vehicle.
  • 6/6 – Holsapple Way: Catalytic converter stolen from vehicle.
  • 6/15 – Lone Tree Way: ARR stole two Otter Box cell phone cases and was detained by Loss Prevention.
  • 6/18 – Sand Creek Rd: ARR was contacted after being involved in a theft from a business. ARR was later booked at MDF.
  • 6/20 – Sand Creek Rd: ARR contacted after loss prevention detained him for shoplifting. ARR found to be on probation for petty theft. ARR to MDF.
  • 6/22 – Lone Tree Way: RES stole clothing items from store and was confronted by loss prevention outside. RES returned most items, but stole two pairs of jeans. RES fled the area in a vehicle.
  • 6/22 – Balfour: RES stole to two laptop computers from valued at $600. RES fled the area in VEH-1.
  • 6/22 – Lone Tree Way: RES-1 and RES-2 entered store and stole two pairs of shoes. RES-1 and RES-2 fled the area in VEH-1. Total loss $173.
  • 6/25 – Walnut Blvd: A black Western Digital My Passport Ultra external hard drive was stolen from a vehicle.

Other Violations

  • 6/10 – Walnut Blvd: ARR was contacted and fled from the investigating officer. ARR was later apprehended and found to have an outstanding arrest warrant for a violation of probation. ARR to MDF.
  • 6/19 – McClarren Rd: ARR found to be on felony probation and in possession of burglary tools. ARR transported to MDF for booking.

Outside Assist

  • 6/5 – Shady Willow Lane: INV-1 ran from a vehicle stop conducted by CHP. INV-1 was taken detained by BPD and transferred into CHP custody.

Restraining Order Violation

  • 6/13 – Brentwood Blvd: ARR contacted after violation of restraining order. ARR was released on a PTA.
  • 6/13 – Mesquite Ct.: RES found to be in violation of a restraining order.
  • 6/26 – First St.: ARR was in violation of a court order. ARR was cited out form BPD
  • 6/28 – Peachwillow Dr.: RES violated restraining order by coming to VIC’S residence. RES no longer on scene.

Robbery

  • 6/23 – Doeskin Tr: RES displayed a handgun and demanded money from VIC. VIC stated she did not have any money. RES fled and later arrested by APD following a robbery in Anticoh.

Threats

  • 6/10 – American Ave: RES called to report that he left bombs at the school. Unfounded. Threats only.

Vandalism

  • 6/8 – Las Colinas Dr: VIC reported window shot with bb gun. Damage documented and area residents checked. Damage estimated at $300.

Warrant

  • 6/6 – Balfour: ARR contacted and determined to have two warrants. ARR to MDF.
  • 6/6 – Walnut Blvd: ARR- was contacted during a miscellaneous outside assist and determined to have a misdemeanor warrant for her arrest. The warrant was out of Solano County for PC 242. ARR- to MDF.
  • 6/7 – Technology Way: ARR contacted and found to have an outstanding warrant. ARR suffered a panic attack and was treated/released from CCCRMC. ARR to MDF.
  • 6/10 – Brentwood Blvd: ARR was contacted and had a felony DUI warrant. ARR to MDF.
  • 6/11 – Bypass: ARR stopped for vehicle code violation and determined to have an outstanding citable misdemeanor warrant. ARR released on a PTA.
  • 6/14 – Balfour: ARR stopped for VC violation. ARR found to have a no cite warrant. ARR to MDF.
  • 6/15 – Empire Ave: ARR contacted and found to have a cite releasable warrant. ARR released to county homeless resource on a PTA.
  • 6/16 – Willow Creek Tr: ARR found to have an outstanding no cite warrant (Antioch PD). ARR transported to MDF.
  • 6/17 – Balfour: ARR had warrant for his arrest. ARR to MDF.
  • 6/21 – Sand Creek Rd: ARR contacted after VC violation and found to be operating on a suspended license and to have a misdemeanor cite releasable warrant. ARR released on a signed PTA and NTA for driving on a suspended DL.
  • 6/24 – Lone Tree Way: RES and ARR were seen on surveillance breaking into vehicle. ARR was found to have felony ramey warrant out of Walnut Creek. ARR to MDF.
  • 6/26 – Central Blvd: ARR stopped for VC violation. ARR found to have non-cite misdemeanor warrant for 415 PC. ARR to MDF.
  • 6/27 – Sand Creek Rd: ARR- had a misdemeanor warrant out of the C.C.C.S.O. for failure to appear on a H&S 11377(a) charge. ARR- to MDF.
  • 6/28 – Canfield Ct.: ARR contacted and found to have an outstanding misdemeanor warrant for 459/460(b) PC. ARR released on a PTA.

Weapons Violation

  • 6/6 – Sand Creek Road: ARR was found to be a felon in possession of tear gas. ARR to MDF.
  • 6/8 – Lynn Dr: ARR was contacted and found to be an addict in possession of a tear gas weapon,
    methamphetamine, and paraphernalia
  • 6/8 – Village Dr: ARR was contacted for brandishing a knife. Upon contact ARR fled to a business
    restroom and refused to open the door. ARR was later apprehended and found to be in
    possession of a concealed fixed blade knife. ARR to MDF.
  • 6/10 – Griffifth Lane: ARRs contacted during a theft investigation. ARR-1 was found to be in possession of a billy club and ARR-2 was found to have stolen items from business. ARRs to MDF.
  • 6/22 – Brentwood Blvd: ARR was in possession of a concealed dirk/dagger, was driving with a suspended driver’s license, and was in violation of his probation. ARR to MDF.
