At 6:30 am Wednesday, Contra Costa County Firefighters were dispatched to a report of a vehicle crash on westbound Highway 4 near Bailey in Bay Point.
AMR was on scene reporting a motorcyclist was laying in the roadway in the center divide where they were suffering from moderate injuries.
