Harvest Time Brentwood Provides More Information on Cherry Season

On Wednesday, Harvest Time Brentwood provided a list of open cherry farms for both u-pick and pre-picked cherries as the season is now open.

Harvest Time announced last week that after working with the Contra Costa County Department of Agriculture, they have approved the opening of the Brentwood U-Pick season as long as farms adhere to special guidelines to ensure social distancing.

Here is a list of the Farms and those that are open or are opening shortly:

No Reservations 

• Bloomfield Cherries– Opening Wednesday, May 6th
• Chavez Upick Cherries– Thursday, May 7th
• Cherry Time– May 6th at 9 am
• Diablo Cherries– Open now
• Newberry Cherries– Opening Thursday, May 7th
• Nunn Better Cherries– Open Daily
• Papa’s U-pick– Open starting Thursday, May 7th
• RC’s U-pick– Open starting Friday, May 8^th

Reservations Only

• Freitas Ranch Cherries May 8th – Seniors Only (55+); May 9-10 – General Public 7:30am-4:00pm
• G& S Farms– Open Daily
• G& S Denali – Opening Friday, May 8th
• Maggiore Ranch – Opening Thursday, May 7th

• Chan’s Fruit Stand Open Thursday, May 7th at 9 AM
