Fremont Bank Foundation Grants $30,000 to Brentwood Library

by ECT

The Brentwood Library Foundation has announced that the community room in the new Brentwood Library is being sponsored in part by the Fremont Bank Foundation in recognition of its grant of $30,000 to the Foundation.

“The community room will be an important part of the new library, as it will be an area for programs, talks, and community gatherings. We are grateful to the Fremont Bank Foundation for this generous gift,” said Diane Alexander, President of the Brentwood Library Foundation.

The new library is under construction and is expected to open in September.

Fremont Bank is the primary funding source for Fremont Bank Foundation, which was established in 1995 as an independent, private grant-making foundation.

Sharing with the community is at the heart of Fremont Bank Foundation, which provides financial assistance to nonprofit organizations for the implementation of services and programs that enhance the quality of life for all people in the communities served by Fremont Bank. Fremont Bank Foundation does not accept unsolicited grant requests or uninvited proposals; its members prefer to seek out and select organizations for potential funding.

The Brentwood Library Foundation will conclude its Keystone Donor Circle campaign soon. People who would like their names listed on the donor wall for the new Brentwood Library have until May 31 to make their donations.
