At 8:39 pm Sunday, the East Contra Costa Fire Protection District responded to a report of smoke and flames coming from the roof of Tilly’s at the Streets of Brentwood in the City of Brentwood.

It was reported that an employee observed smoke and flames coming from the roof of the building.

Fire crews arrived on scene and began investigating as nothing was showing upon arrival. While on the roof, firefighters confirmed an electrical short did occur from an overloaded system which caused a small fire.
