Firefighters Prevent House Fire After Trailer in Driveway Catches Fire

At roughly 7:19 pm Thursday, East Contra Costa Fire Protection District crews responded to a reported structure fire on Stonewood Dr. in Brentwood after it was stated a trailer on fire in a driveway threatened a home. Crews from Station 52 and 54 arrived on scene and put out the fire ending any threat to the home.  Crews were on scene for roughly an hour.

The incident is believed to have started from a refrigerator inside the trailer.
