At 10:10 am Saturday, the East Contra Costa Fire Protection District responded to the 2100 block of Newport Court in Discovery Bay for a report of a subject who fell.
Upon arrival, crews located an adult male on the ground who fell from a second story roof. A medical helicopter was requested and the patient was transported to John Muir Medical Center.
According to the District, prior to the fall, the man was on the roof pressure washing.
No further details were provided.
