The Danville Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in identifying the individual pictures in connection with a Friday afternoon robbery attempt.
According to police, at approximately noon on Friday, Oct 2, 2020 the person pictured entered the US Bank branch located at 720 San Ramon Valley Blvd and presented a teller with a note demanding money. The suspect had a hand in their pocket, as though they had a weapon. When the teller told the suspect they had no money in their drawer, the suspect fled the bank.
Suspect description: African American male, 5’5 – 5’8″, 200 lbs, wearing dark pants, white t-shirt, sunglasses and a black hat.
Anyone who was near the bank branch during that time and may have seen anything or know the identity of the suspect is encouraged to contact Detective Dan Lynch at (925) 314-3711 or [email protected].
