Covid-19: Apple to Temporarily Close all California Stores

by ECT
Apple Stores

Apple announced it has temporarily closed all 53-stores in the State of California due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The company has provided a list of all closed stores on its website.

On its website, APPLE has stated some of our retail stores are closed affecting Apple Pickup services. 2-hour courier delivery may be available. See checkout for details. Please view the status of your local store before visiting.

All online services are available and most Apple products are available at Apple-authorized retailers, such as Best Buy, Costco and Target.

No date was given on when stores would reopen. Back in March, Apple closed all its retail stores.

Apple FAQ

Q: My local Apple Store recently closed. What happens with my Apple Pickup order or previously-scheduled appointment?

A: Visit apple.com/retail to check the status of your Apple Store. The store may still be open for pickup of existing online orders, previously scheduled in-store Genius Support appointments, and previously reserved one-on-one shopping sessions with a Specialist made through a specific date.

If your store is no longer open, you can get all the same great products and services from our online store with free no-contact delivery, and one-on-one shopping help from a Specialist via Chat, or by calling 1-800-MY-Apple. Shop Apple Store online.

If you need Genius Support, you can get help from our experts via phone, chat, or email at getsupport.apple.com.
