Napa Police are searching for a mother and boyfriend as they investigate the homicide of a four-year-old girl in Napa on Saturday. They are asking for the public’s help in locating the couple.
On February 1, 2014 at about 1 pm, NPD officers responded to the 2000 block of Wilkins Ave in the City of Napa for a welfare check of a four year old female. NPD officers checked the apartment and located a four year old female deceased in a bed. There are signs of foul play. The child’s mother, Sara Krueger was last seen leaving the area this morning with her boyfriend, Ryan Scott Warner. They were last seen carrying luggage from Krueger’s residence at about 10 am. Neither of these subjects has a vehicle. They have been unable to be contacted by cellular phone.

Update:
With the help of an anonymous citizen Sara Krueger and Ryan Warner have been located and detained. BART PD detained the two subjects at the El Cerrito del Norte Bart Station at about 11am. Napa PD have picked up the two subjects and they are being interviewed.
Napa police officers picked up the couple and interviewed them about the circumstances surrounding the death of Krueger’s daughter.
Both Warner and Krueger were being booked into the Napa County Department of Corrections, according to Peecook.
