On this episode, I talk with Elaine Clark (CEO) and Susannah Meyer of Meals on Wheels and Senior Outreach Services of Contra Costa County.

They help seniors remain independent and healthy for as long as possible and provide services such as meals on wheels. They also perform fall prevention services, hang out with seniors through the friendly visitor program, and work with seniors individually to find services.

The homeless guy on J12 Byron Tracy highway at the S turn railroad track really needs help. This weather is bad. I hope he is alright. I dropped food and water last week to him.
