The Concord Police Department is seeking the public’s help in locating a missing at risk juvenile.
Zachary Jordan-Smith is a high functioning autistic juvenile, who was last seen in the area of Port Chicago Highway walking northbound towards the North Concord BART Station.
Zachary is 11 years old and described as being a white male juvenile, 4’00” tall, thin build, and last seen wearing a blue striped shirt. Zachary may also be wearing a black bicycle helmet.
