On October 31, 2021, at approximately 12:17 AM, Concord PD Officers were dispatched to a report of a two vehicle collision that occurred on Willow Pass Road at Port Chicago Highway.
One vehicle was traveling N/B Port Chicago Highway and the other was traveling W/B Willow Pass Road, before they collided in the intersection.
Three occupants were transported to hospitals, via air medical services, for major injuries. Another four occupants were transported to hospitals, via ambulance, for injuries.
The intersection of Willow Pass Road and Port Chicago Highway were closed for approximately 3 hours. The collision is still under investigation.
