Concord, CA – On Sunday, April 2, at 4:43 PM, officers were called to the 2100 block of Leland Way regarding a lost one-year-old child.
Family members and officers searched for several minutes before finding the child unconscious in a backyard swimming pool.
Officers performed CPR until paramedics arrived. The child was taken to a local hospital where she was later pronounced deceased.
