On Monday at about 4:10pm, a hit and run crash occurred in the area of Chadwick Lane within the Westwood Village Community in Bay Point. As a result, a 9-year-old child in the victim vehicle suffered a broken leg.
The suspect vehicle immediately fled the scene and was described by witnesses as a gold or grey 4-door sedan.
