On Thursday, the California League of Conservation Voters released its 2016 Legislative Scorecard.
This year, Governor Jerry Brown and 23 legislators, including Senate President Pro Tem Kevin de León and Assembly Speaker Anthony Rendon, received a perfect score on our Environmental Scorecard.
Locally, Jim Frazier (D-Oakley) received a score of 33% in 2016 which was the second lowest score for a Democrat. Of the 17-bills tracked, Frazier had “no votes of record” on 4-bills. He failed to vote on the following bills:
- AB 1550 – Investing in cap-and-trade funds in disadvantaged communities
- AB 2722 – Transformative Climate Communities Program
- SB 1386 – Protecting natural and working lands
- SB 1387 – Reforming South Coast Air Quality Management District board
The lowest scoring democrat was Assemblyman Adam Gray (D-Merced) scored 30%. Susan Bonilla (D-Concord) scored a 93%. Tony Thurmond (D-Richmond) received a perfect score of 100%.
Meanwhile Catharine Baker (R-San Ramon) scored 47% while 14-republican assemblymembers scored a 0%.
In the State Senate, Steve Glazer (D-Orinda) scored a 75% while Lois Wolk received a perfect score of 100%. 12-republican senators scored a 0%.

Frazier is not representing the people, he is representing himself in anyway he can to advance his own personal self worth. He sucks at representing us the people and this is just another example. Frazier claims to be an environmentalist supporter yet a republican from San Ramon scored higher than him.
Would someone legit please run against him during the next election.
