On June 5 at approximately 12:12 pm, the East Contra Costa Fire Protection District responded to a report of a female who fell from a horse at Marsh Creek Stables in the Town of Byron.
According to the East Contra Costa Fire Protection District, the 9-year-old female was transported by medical helicopter to Children’s Hospital in Oakland with possible trauma due to the fall.
The incident occurred in the 24000 block of Marsh Creek Road.
