Brentwood: Suspicious Package Reported in Shopping Center

At 12:26 pm, the Brentwood Police Department received a report of a suspicious package in the 5400 block of Lone Tree Way in the shopping center in the City of Brentwood.

The incident prompted fire and police to block off a 850 ft perimeter in the area of Trader Joe’s and Sportsman Warehouse.

No other information was readily available, however, the community is encouraged to avoid the area.

Michaels, Sportsman Warehouse and Petco were all evacuated. They will be working on secondary evacuations shortly due to multiple other possible threats.
