On May 13, 2014 at approximately 8:00 pm, a resident from the 700 block of San Juan Oaks Rd. reported seeing two Mountain Lions lying in the open field area across the street. This is near the Deer Ridge Golf Course.
The California Department of Fish and Game along with the Contra Costa County Animal Services Department were notified. No additional sightings have been reported.
If you happen to see these Mountain Lions, do not approach them and call 911.

We’ll in Antioch, we have reports of crackheads on every street. If you see crackheads in Antioch don’t bother calling 911 since they are protected in the city.
