The City of Brentwood has announced registration is now open for its “Deck the Park” Christmas Tree Decorating Contest. The event takes place at City Hall.
Register for your tree October 1-December 2 through the Brentwood Parks and Recreation Department, either online or at the Community Center.
Six-foot trees are available for $40 for families, individuals, schools or community groups. The event is also open for commercial businesses, companies and retail stores can purchase an 8-foot tree for $80 to decorate and show their community pride. Business trees include a sign with company logo.
All entries include power, string lights, and fencing placed around the decorated trees. Just bring your imagination and decorations to complete the scene!
Tree decorators will vie for awards in the following categories:
- Most Creative
- Most Whimsical
- Best Community Flavor/Flair
- People’s Choice
- Mayor’s Choice
Trees must be decorated between December 11-12 and available to view December 13-January 2 at City Park.
Continue to celebrate the season with our Deck the Park Party activities, including special visits from Santa, caroling, crafts, performances from local groups, and dress up nights. Complete schedule available online.
All events are free and will take place from 6-7:30pm at City Park.
