Brentwood Police Nab 4 Suspects After Burglary in Progress Call Reported

The Brentwood Police Department announced Wednesday four people were arrested after offers were dispatched to a vehicle in burglary process call.

According to police, who did not identify the street name, said the caller was watching the burglary occur in real time on video surveillance.

Police officers arrived on scene where they detained Luis Montalvan-Kuan (City of Oakley); Vanessa Santos-Martinez (Oakley), Carlos Prado (Oakley), and Teri Kyle (City of Antioch). Officers determined that tires had been stripped from one vehicle and there was damage to another vehicle as well.

All four subjects were placed under arrest for several charges including probation violation, vandalism, receiving stolen property, possession of burglary tools, possession of drugs and drug paraphernalia, and other related charges.

They were transported to Martinez Detention Facility.
