On Sunday, the Brentwood Police Department responded to Home Depot on Lone Tree Way in the City of Brentwood for a report of a stabbing.
According to Police, Officer Loss and K9 Blaq responded and located the car where the driver, 29-year-old Jesus Rivera of Oakley, was arrested immediately. His passenger was not cooperative. 34-year-old Cody Pries of Antioch refused to exit, cursed the officers, and reached into a bag resting on his seat. That’s when K9 Blaq was deployed and he made contact with Pries and quickly returned to Officer Loss’ side.
Pries then got out of the car but did not comply with officers and refused to show his hands. K9 Blaq again engaged and this time Pries was apprehended.
The knife you see in the photo was left behind on Pries’ passenger seat. Officers later learned that Pries had choked a Home Depot store employee who confronted him for stealing a saw. When someone tried to help, Rivera threaten to stab them.
Pries and Rivera were booked into county jail for robbery and numerous other charges.
No other information was released by Brentwood Police

Witness so 2 pieces of shit were probably so high on meth and decided to steal because they are to lazy to get a job so please you opened your mouth tell us what happened to bad the cops did not put a bullet in them both that way we dont have to waste our tax dollars

Did the other customer who was being threatened with the knife Cody had knife misunderstand his anger?
Thank God there are dozens of cameras in that store.

We would all love to hear how this poor man was inappropriately detained and his unfortunate passenger, who happened to be just in the car INNOCENTLY WAITING, while probably warming up the car for his buddy and smoking a cigarette.
Yet, how is it that the PASSENGER also ended being inside Home Depot strangling an employee ? Scumbag lying losers

The headline alone is inaccurate. “Stabbing”. Who was stabbed?
The incident occurred out of the store. Employee was punched till bloody. He was trying to do the right thing. Ask yourself why Cody stopped punching. “Someone” intervened and stopped the Cody. Rivera threatened “someone” and the employee with a knife. Said he would kill them. Crowd forms. Suspects know they’re outnumbered and leave.
Police did a great job of apprehending the suspects after they were leaving the scene in their vehicle.
